Guess, oh guess, what do I see? Sweet soul gals wash hair in glee, and girls with towels so free, little boats and bouncing balls – that it is what I see.
Happiness is when kittens play around, Happiness is when friends sing aloud. Happiness comes in an ice-cream cone, my father is one, who provides me this one.
This painting is part of the “Children about Art” series. It was created based on a playful survey of a group of 30 four-year-olds. Children’s free and unbiased perception of art helps viewers not only discover the meanings intended by the artist, but also take a creative approach to their own interpretation.

We were a wondrous team back then — his speed and strength, my dreaming might. No height too high, no distant glen, no place we couldn’t reach or find. Each morning brought a brand-new quest, a world of colors, scents, and song, a place where friendship shone its best and loyal love would last so long.
And though our bond has worn so thin, a tender thread what once was win. Now I know my prayer to God, Jehovah: “Oh, please bring back my friend of youth, my steadfast guide on this journey with me.”

At last, it clicked into place, That attitude bursting with drama. My stance got laughs. But with what results? Pose so beautiful!
